- 🥕 2 tbsp chopped carrot
- 🍄 3 tbsp chopped king oyster mushroom
- 🧅 3 tbsp chopped onion

- 🍚 1/2 cup cooked rice
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp perilla seed powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté chopped green onion until fragrant.
Add chopped chives, carrot, king oyster mushroom, and onion to the pot and stir-fry briefly.
Add cooked rice and water to the pot, then bring to a boil.
Season with soy sauce and stir in perilla seed powder generously.
Finish cooking and serve the porridge warm.
