- ๐ 1 serving cooked soba noodles
Meat
- ๐ 80g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- ๐ฅฆ 150g stir-fry cut vegetables
Seasoning
- ๐ง A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
- ๐ถ 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- ๐ง A pinch of salt
- ๐ง 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp dashi powder
- ๐ง 300ml water
LANGKAH
Season the pork with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the cut vegetables and stir-fry quickly until coated with oil.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, salt, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) to the pan and bring to a boil. Add the soba noodles, loosen them, and simmer for about 1 minute.
