BAHAN-BAHAN
Meat
- 🐄 100g minced beef
- 🐖 200g minced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 300g onion
- 70g orange bell pepper
- 70g red bell pepper
- 🧅 50g green onion
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
LANGKAH
Mix minced beef and pork in a 1:2 ratio.
Add minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper to the meat mixture. Mix well and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Prepare vegetables: chop onion, green onion, orange bell pepper, and red bell pepper finely.
Separate the chopped onion from the other vegetables.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the marinated meat until crumbly and cooked through.
Add the onion to the pan and stir-fry until it becomes translucent.
Add the remaining vegetables and stir-fry until they are cooked through.
Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Serve as a topping for rice or enjoy as a standalone dish.
