LANGKAH
Slice the boiled octopus diagonally into bite-sized pieces using a slanted cutting technique.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, salt, vinegar, dashi powder, and water). Add the octopus and mix well. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
Serve the marinated octopus on a plate with a shiso leaf for garnish.
