Fish

Seasoning

Breading
- All-purpose flour as needed

- ๐ฐ 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- ๐ 20g breadcrumbs
Cooking Oil
- Vegetable oil as needed

LANGKAH
Mix white sesame seeds and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
Season the wakasagi with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Coat the wakasagi in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with the sesame-breadcrumb mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 170ยฐC and fry the wakasagi for 2โ3 minutes until golden brown.
Serve on a plate and garnish with lemon wedges.
