- 350g grated daikon
- 1 tbsp dried wakame

Soup Base
- 💧 300ml water
- 100ml concentrated men-tsuyu
- 1 tsp grated ginger
LANGKAH
Grate the daikon and soak the dried wakame in water until rehydrated.
Boil water in a pot, cook the somen noodles according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain.
Heat the soup base ingredients (water, men-tsuyu, and ginger) in a pot until boiling.
Serve the noodles in a bowl, pour the soup over, and top with wakame, umeboshi, and grated daikon.
