BAHAN-BAHAN
Basic Ingredients
- 💧 4 cups of water
- 🥩 200g brisket beef
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🍐 1/2 pear
- 1 small slice of ginger (sliced)
Seasonings
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
- 🍬 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
LANGKAH
Pour water into a large pot, add beef, onion, and ginger, and boil on medium heat for 30 minutes to prepare the broth.
Strain the boiled broth through a sieve to cool it down in a clear state.
Grate the pear and mix it into the prepared broth, season with salt, sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar.
Cool the completed broth in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
