BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- π 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- π 1 yuzu
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- sufficient salad oil for frying
Seasoning β
- 1 tsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- π§ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Yuzu Sauce β
- π¬ 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- π 2 tbsp yuzu juice
LANGKAH
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Grate the yuzu peel and divide into two portions. Halve the yuzu and squeeze out the juice (reserve 2 tbsp of juice).
In a bowl, mix half of the grated yuzu peel with the β ingredients.
In a storage bag, add the chicken, the remaining half of the yuzu peel, and the β ingredients. Massage the mixture and marinate for about 10 minutes. Add potato starch and coat the chicken evenly.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170Β°C. Fry the chicken until cooked through and crispy. Plate the chicken and drizzle with the β yuzu sauce.
