BAHAN-BAHAN
Main
- 300g atsuage tofu
- 1/2 yuzu, zest and juice
- Chopped green onion, as needed
- Pizza cheese, as needed
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp miso
LANGKAH
Grate the yuzu zest and squeeze the juice.
Cut the atsuage tofu into 4 equal pieces.
Mix the sugar, mirin, and miso in a bowl.
Add the yuzu zest and juice to the sauce and microwave for 1 minute at 600W.
Spread the sauce on the tofu pieces, top with pizza cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes.
Plate the tofu, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve.
