INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 300g ground beef and pork mix
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Butter Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 20g salted butter
PASSI
Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core.
In a bowl, mix ground beef and pork, salt, pepper, and potato starch to form a meat mixture.
Place the mixture on plastic wrap, shape it into a 3cm thick square, and cut into 12 equal pieces.
Heat vegetable oil and garlic in a pan over medium-low heat until garlic crisps. Remove and set aside as garlic chips.
Place the meat pieces in the pan and cook over medium heat. Flip when browned, cover, and cook on low heat for 4 minutes until cooked through. Remove from pan.
Wipe excess fat from the pan, add sake, sugar, and soy sauce, and simmer until thickened. Stir in butter until melted.
Plate the meat, top with garlic chips, and drizzle with butter soy sauce.
