Fish
- 🐟 6 fillets horse mackerel (210g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🍞 2 tsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 🧈 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
- 30g minced shibazuke
- 🧅 1/6 minced onion
- 🧀 2 tbsp powdered cheese
PASSI
Season horse mackerel fillets with salt and pepper.
Mix breadcrumbs with olive oil and chopped parsley.
Prepare tartar sauce by combining boiled egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced shibazuke, onion, and powdered cheese.
