INGREDIENTI

- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (400g)
Seafood
- 🐟 160g horse mackerel sashimi
Vegetables
- 3 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- White sesame seeds, as needed
PASSI
Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and slice them thinly.
Slice the horse mackerel sashimi into 1cm pieces and roughly chop.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, grated ginger, horse mackerel, and shiso leaves to create the tataki mixture.
Serve the cooked rice in bowls, top with the tataki mixture, and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
