- 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water

- 3 bell peppers (90g), chopped

- 🧄 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sliced chili

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Slice garlic in half, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
