- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 150cc milk
Filling
- 🌭 4 sausages

- 1 tbsp salad oil

- 🍅 ketchup, as needed
- 🌭 mustard, as needed
- chopped parsley, as needed
PASSI
Crack the egg into a bowl, add milk, and mix. Add pancake mix and stir to create the batter.
Heat salad oil in a tamagoyaki pan, spread thinly, and pour 1/4 of the batter into the pan over low heat.
When bubbles appear on the surface, place sausages on the batter and roll them towards you.
Increase to medium heat and cook while rolling until the inside is fully cooked. Add ketchup, mustard, and parsley as toppings.
