Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp coarse salt
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
PASSI
Peel the cucumber using a peeler, leaving some green parts for a decorative look.
Cut the cucumber into your desired shape, preferably matching the size and shape of the other vegetables.
