- 🐚 200g clam meat
Vegetables
- 1/2 piece ginger, sliced
Seasoning
- 50cc sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 50cc water
PASSI
Wash the clam meat briefly and drain the water. Peel and slice the ginger thinly.
In a pot, combine the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water) with the ginger and bring to a boil. Add the clam meat, cover with a drop lid, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
