- 🐚 250g clams, cleaned and drained

- 2 tbsp pickled ginger
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Meat
- 60g thinly sliced pork, julienned
Vegetables
- 10 mitsuba stems, cut into 1cm pieces
Liquid
- 💧 1 cup water
