INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🌭 2 sausages
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 asparagus spear (20g)
- 🍄 2 mushrooms
Dairy
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- A small amount of olive oil
PASSI
Peel the tough lower part of the asparagus with a peeler and cut into 1cm pieces. Slice the mushrooms thinly.
Cut the sausages into 1cm pieces.
Grease a heatproof dish with olive oil. Crack the egg into the dish, add milk, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
Add the asparagus, mushrooms, and sausages to the dish and mix. Bake in a toaster oven for about 8 minutes until the egg is cooked through.
