INGREDIENTI
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice (150g)
- 🧈 10g of salted butter
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 🥓 2 slices of bacon
- 🌽 2 tbsp of canned corn
- 1 tbsp of salad oil
Garnish
- A pinch of chopped parsley
Western-style Sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of consomme
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- 💧 150ml of water
Thickening Mixture
- 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp of water
PASSI
Cut the bacon into 7mm slices.
In a bowl, lightly mix the cooked rice, butter, and salt and pepper. Serve in a dish.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and sauté briefly. Add the beaten eggs and corn, stirring gently over low heat until semi-cooked. Place the mixture on top of the rice.
In the same pan, add the Western-style sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir in the thickening mixture until the sauce thickens.
Pour the sauce over the egg and rice mixture. Garnish with chopped parsley.
