- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Dairy
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 50 ml milk
- 🧈 5 g salted butter
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A dash of black pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

- A pinch of chopped parsley
PASSI
Cut the bacon into thirds.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk. Add salt and milk, then mix to create the egg mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add bacon and cook until the fat renders.
Push the bacon to one side of the pan, add butter to the empty space, and let it melt. Pour in the egg mixture.
Stir the eggs gently until they reach a soft, scrambled consistency.
Mix everything together, sprinkle with black pepper, and give it a final stir.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
