INGREDIENTI

- 🥓 5 strips bacon
- 2 large leaves napa cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSI
Blanch the bacon in boiling water for 1 minute, then cut into 3 cm pieces. Slice the remaining vegetables and garlic.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced garlic until fragrant.
Add all the vegetables and bacon to the pan and stir-fry. If you prefer crispy bacon, fry it first until crispy.
Season with oyster sauce, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper. Stir-fry until the napa cabbage softens.
Once the napa cabbage is tender, transfer to a serving plate.
