INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 🥕 1/2 cup diced carrot
- 🍄 1/2 cup diced mushroom
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Staples
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp seaweed flakes
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
PASSI
Prepare ingredients: wash bean sprouts, dice carrot, mushroom, and green onion. Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Blanch bean sprouts in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then rinse in cold water.
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped green onion to make green onion oil.
Add diced carrot and mushroom to the pan and stir-fry.
Once carrot is slightly cooked, add the mixed seasoning sauce.
Add cold rice and stir-fry on high heat until evenly coated with the sauce.
Add blanched bean sprouts and mix quickly.
Serve on a plate and top with seaweed flakes and fried eggs.
