INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 1/2 radish, thickly sliced
- 🧅 1 onion, thickly sliced
- 1 green onion, thickly sliced
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2-3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
Broth
- Anchovy broth pack
- A few pieces of kelp
PASSI
Slice the radish into thick pieces, about 1-1.5 cm thick.
Prepare the anchovy broth by boiling water with anchovy broth packs and kelp for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Mix the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce. Adjust sweetness and saltiness to taste.
Slice the onion and green onion into thick pieces.
Add the radish to the anchovy broth and cook until slightly softened.
Remove the broth pack and kelp, then add the seasoning sauce to the pot.
Add the onion and green onion to the pot and simmer over medium heat for 20-30 minutes until the broth reduces.
