INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🍤 1 cup cocktail shrimp
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- a dash of black pepper
Seasoning
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
PASSI
Mix ketchup, chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar in a bowl to create the sauce. Adjust the quantities to your taste.
Heat a pan and add 3 tbsp of vegetable oil. Sauté 1 tbsp of minced garlic until fragrant to create garlic oil.
Add the cocktail shrimp to the garlic oil and stir-fry until partially cooked.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry with the shrimp until well combined. Adjust consistency by adding a little water if needed.
Add 1 tbsp of butter and stir well. Sprinkle a dash of black pepper before serving.
