INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 2 green chili peppers
- 🧅 1-2 stalks green onion
Seasonings
- 💧 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp fermented shrimp
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/3 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of ginger
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
PASSI
Slice the green onion into small pieces, about 1 cup.
Slice the green chili peppers into small pieces.
Cut the tofu block in half and slice into 0.5 cm thick pieces.
Place the tofu slices evenly in a pan.
Pour 1 cup of water into the pan.
Add 2 tbsp red pepper powder, 1 tbsp fermented shrimp, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/3 tbsp sugar, a pinch of ginger, and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic.
Add the sliced green onion and chili peppers to the pan and cook on medium-low heat.
Once the broth starts boiling, spoon the broth over the tofu slices repeatedly.
Taste the broth and adjust seasoning with soy sauce or salt if needed.
Drizzle 1 tbsp of perilla oil over the dish and finish cooking.
