INGREDIENTI
Seafood
- 🦪 8 mussels (240g), cleaned
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 50cc white wine
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 4 wedges lemon
Breadcrumb Mix
- 20g breadcrumbs
- 3g chopped parsley
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSI
Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and mince it.
Place mussels, white wine, garlic, and butter in a pot. Cover and steam over medium heat for 5–10 minutes until mussels open. Remove mussels and reduce the steaming liquid by half.
Remove one shell from each mussel.
Mix breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, and the reduced steaming liquid in a bowl to create the breadcrumb mix.
Arrange mussels on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Divide the breadcrumb mix evenly over the mussels and drizzle olive oil on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven for 8–10 minutes until the breadcrumb mix is golden brown.
Serve on a plate and garnish with lemon wedges.
