INGREDIENTI
Noodles
- 2 servings of Chinese noodles
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
Meat
- 4 slices of ham
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Condiments
- Pickled ginger to taste
Sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
PASSI
Mix the sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute. Let it cool and refrigerate.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat. Pour in the beaten egg and cook to make a thin omelet. Once cooled, slice into thin strips.
Slice cucumber and ham into thin strips, and cut tomato into thin slices.
Boil the Chinese noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water, then place on a serving plate.
Arrange cucumber, ham, egg strips, tomato, and pickled ginger on top of the noodles. Pour the chilled sauce over the dish before serving.
