INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 80g diced roast pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk minced green onion
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil for finishing
Staple
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
PASSI
Dice roast pork into 1cm cubes and mince the green onion.
Crack eggs into a bowl, mix them, and combine with the cooked white rice.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add roast pork and green onion, and lightly stir-fry. Add chicken stock powder and salt, then stir-fry on high heat.
Add the rice mixture to the pan and stir-fry while cutting through the rice. Create a space in the center of the pan, pour soy sauce, and stir-fry again. Finish with sesame oil and mix well.
