INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g), chopped
- 2 bell peppers (60g), sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet bean paste (tenmenjan)
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chili bean paste (doubanjiang)
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
PASSI
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Halve the bell peppers, remove the stems and seeds, and slice them. Slice the garlic thinly.
In a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, sweet bean paste, sake, sugar, chili bean paste, and cornstarch).
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add the pork and stir-fry until its color changes.
Add the cabbage and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add the mixed seasonings to the pan and stir-fry to combine. Drizzle sesame oil and stir quickly before serving.
