INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 potatoes (450g), peeled and cut
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🌱 3 green beans, trimmed and cut
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Liquid
- 💧 200cc water
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSI
Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak them in water, and drain. Slice the carrot and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the green beans, cut them into bite-sized lengths, and microwave them with 1/2 tbsp water for 30 seconds at 600W.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add the beef, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the potatoes, carrots, and onions to the pot and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add water to the pot, bring it to a boil, and skim off any foam. Add sake, mirin, and sugar, mix well, cover, and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes.
Add soy sauce, mix gently, cover again, and simmer for another 7–8 minutes. Serve in a dish and top with green beans.
