INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🌱 100g bean sprouts
- 50g chives, cut into 3-4cm pieces
- 🥬 100g kimchi
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSI
Cut the chives into 3-4cm pieces, trimming the roots slightly.
Season the pork belly with salt and pepper, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork belly, and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add kimchi and stir-fry until the oil coats the kimchi evenly.
Add bean sprouts and chives, stir quickly, then add soy sauce along the edge of the pan and mix everything together.
