- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Trim the roots off the pea shoots and cut them in half. Boil water in a pot and quickly blanch the pea shoots and bean sprouts. Drain well.
