INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 100g bean sprouts
- 100g shimeji mushrooms
Seasonings
- 1 ume plum
- 2g bonito flakes
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
PASSI
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Remove the pit from the ume plum and mash it into a smooth paste using a knife.
Boil water in a pot, add the shimeji mushrooms and cook for 1 minute. Add the bean sprouts and cook for another minute. Drain and rinse under cold water, then remove excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (ume plum, bonito flakes, soy sauce, and water) thoroughly. Add the bean sprouts and shimeji mushrooms, then toss to combine.
