INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Marinade
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- a pinch of pepper
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
PASSI
In a bowl, combine the beef with the marinade ingredients (sake, soy sauce, cornstarch, and pepper). Mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix the seasoning sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, and oyster sauce).
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
Add the bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Pour the seasoning sauce into the pan and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
