- 🥩 150g beef
- 2 handfuls bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic
Sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp soju
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- a pinch of pepper
PASSI
Prepare the sauce by mixing oyster sauce, soy sauce, soju, sugar, and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté sliced garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add the beef to the pan and stir-fry until no pink remains.
Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry until they soften.
Pour the prepared sauce over the stir-fry and mix well.
Serve the stir-fry as a topping for rice, a side dish, or a snack.
