INGREDIENTI

- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Dairy
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Condiments
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp grain mustard
- Black pepper to taste
PASSI
Remove seeds from the bell pepper and slice it thinly.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add beef, and stir-fry until the color changes. Then add bell pepper and stir-fry until softened.
Add Worcestershire sauce and grain mustard, and stir-fry to combine.
Add pizza cheese and stir briefly. Serve on a plate and sprinkle black pepper.
