INGREDIENTI

- 🥩 200g sliced beef
- 🍆 2 eggplants
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp starch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
PASSI
Mix the sliced beef with sake, salt, and starch in a bowl.
Cut the eggplants into bite-sized pieces after removing the stems.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add eggplants, and stir-fry until browned. Cover and steam on low heat for 2 minutes.
Move the eggplants to the side, add beef, and stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add soy sauce, pepper, butter, and garlic, then stir-fry until well combined.
