INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🥩 100g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, sliced
- 4 black olives, sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dairy
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
- 🥛 50cc milk
- 🥛 50cc heavy cream
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Pastry
- 1 sheet of pastry
- 🧈 Melted butter, as needed
PASSI
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper, rubbing it in.
Slice the onion, olives, and mushrooms thinly.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the beef until its color changes.
Add the onion, mushrooms, and olives to the pan. Cook until softened, season with salt and pepper, and let cool.
Mix the egg, milk, cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the egg mixture.
Brush melted butter onto a tart mold. Roll out the pastry sheet thinly and fit it into the mold. Trim excess pastry and press onto the sides.
Add the cooked filling to the mold, pour the egg mixture over it, and sprinkle pizza cheese on top. Bake at 200°C for 20–25 minutes.
