INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 750g beef
- 🥬 1 bowl napa cabbage
- 🍄 suitable amount of mushrooms
- 4 tsp sake
Seasonings
- 5 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp mirin
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp tsuyu
- 💧 2 tsp water
PASSI
Prepare all the ingredients.
Cut napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces and layer it at the bottom of a pot.
Place beef on top of the cabbage layer.
Sprinkle salt over the beef.
Repeat layering with cabbage, beef, and salt until all ingredients are used.
Optionally add mushrooms, napa cabbage, green onions, or other vegetables.
Pour 4 tsp sake and 4 tsp water into the pot.
Steam for 10 minutes. If the beef is thick, increase the steaming time.
Serve with dipping sauce made from soy sauce, mirin, vinegar, lemon juice, tsuyu, and water.
