INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
PASSI
Slice the onion thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the sliced onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, grated ginger, and ponzu soy sauce) and stir to coat evenly.
