INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 100g shirataki noodles
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 100g bok choy
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
PASSI
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the sliced beef until browned.
Add shirataki noodles and stir-fry until they absorb the beef flavor.
Add shiitake mushrooms, red bell pepper, and bok choy to the pan. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and pepper, then add sake, sugar, soy sauce, and grated garlic. Mix well.
Serve hot and enjoy your beef and shirataki japchae-style dish.
