INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍠 1 sweet potato (180g), sliced
- 🥬 100g spinach, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp yuzu pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch
PASSI
Season the beef with sake, salt, and pepper, then massage it. Add cornstarch and mix well.
Cut the sweet potato lengthwise, then slice into 1cm pieces. Soak in water for 5 minutes and drain. Chop spinach into 3cm pieces.
Mix the mirin, soy sauce, and yuzu pepper in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add sweet potato to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Add sake, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for 4 minutes.
Add spinach to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Pour the prepared sauce and mix well.
