INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🥩 100g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g), cut into wedges
- 🧅 1/2 tbsp chopped green onion
Condiments
- 50g kimchi
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
Liquids
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
PASSI
Season the beef with cooking wine, salt, and pepper, then massage it into the meat.
Cut the tomato into wedges and remove the stem, then halve each wedge.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the beef and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add kimchi to the pan and stir-fry briefly, then add the tomato and seasoning mixture (soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine). Stir-fry until combined.
Plate the stir-fry and garnish with chopped green onion.
