INGREDIENTI
Pasta
- 🍝 80g of your choice of pasta
Meat
- 🥩 50g sliced beef
Cheese
- 🧀 30g mozzarella cheese
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🍄 1/4 pack of shimeji mushrooms
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, minced
Sauce
- 🍅 100g canned chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pasta cooking water
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish
- 🧀 Grated cheese to taste
- Dried parsley to taste
PASSI
Slice the onion, trim and separate the shimeji mushrooms, and mince the garlic.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add beef and cook over medium heat until browned. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then add onion and shimeji mushrooms. Cook until softened.
Add canned tomatoes, pasta cooking water, and consomme to the pan. Bring to a boil and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well. Turn off the heat and stir in mozzarella cheese. Serve on a plate and garnish with grated cheese and parsley.
