INGREDIENTI

- 200g sliced beef
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
PASSI
Cut the tomato into wedges, slice the onion thinly, and mince the garlic.
Mix the beef with sake, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add onion and beef, cooking until the beef changes color.
Add the tomato and stir briefly. Add oyster sauce, sake, sugar, soy sauce, and pepper, cooking for about 1 minute.
