Meat
- 300g beef brisket
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of sesame seeds
PASSI
Wash chamnamul thoroughly in cold water and drain.
Cut chamnamul into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix minced garlic, soy sauce, anchovy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili powder, and sugar.
