INGREDIENTI

- 🥩 130g beef
- 130g radish
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 1 onion
- 2/3 green onion
- 1 handful dried anchovies
- 💧 1L water
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSI
Remove the guts from the dried anchovies and microwave them for 30 seconds.
Slice the radish and potatoes into flat pieces.
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and place in a pot along with the radish and potatoes.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce (for beef), 2 tbsp fish sauce (for radish and potatoes), and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Mix well while pressing the beef with a spoon to evenly coat with seasoning.
Add 900ml water and the prepared anchovies to the pot. Boil on high heat until the soup starts to smell aromatic.
After boiling for 8 minutes, add the sliced onion and green onion. Boil for another 2 minutes.
Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning. If too salty, add 100ml water.
