INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Condiments
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Staples
- 🍚 450g cooked rice
- 🧀 Pizza cheese, as needed
- 🥚 3 eggs
Seasoning
- 3 servings beef stew roux
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
- 💧 100cc water
- 🍅 400g canned tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
PASSI
Slice the onion thinly and trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms, then separate them.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat, then sauté beef, shimeji mushrooms, onion, and garlic until the beef is cooked through.
Add the seasoning ingredients marked with ☆ and bring to a boil.
Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, add the roux, and stir until dissolved. Reheat and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Layer cooked rice, stew, pizza cheese, and eggs in a heatproof dish. Bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes.
