INGREDIENTI
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 1/3 bunch chives, cut into 3cm pieces
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
PASSI
Cut chives into 3cm pieces and julienne the carrot.
Place beef, chives, carrot, and all seasoning ingredients into a plastic bag. Massage and marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat a frying pan and stir-fry the marinated mixture over medium-low heat until the beef is cooked through.
Serve the cooked beef and vegetables over bowls of rice.
