- 🥩 100g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🌱 200g grated daikon
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/3 tsp yuzu pepper
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
PASSI
Grate the daikon and squeeze out excess water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the beef until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix yuzu pepper and ponzu sauce together.
Add the cooked beef to the bowl and mix well. Then, add the grated daikon and toss to combine.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
